What our team has to say

“For me, working at Little City has really cemented the idea that you should never judge a book by its cover. I get to show up every day and advocate for a population that is unfairly labeled. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client achieve something that they did not think they could do.”
– Stanley, Senior Residential Specialist

“I love the unique setup of Little City’s campus; I get to see them first thing in the morning and walk them to school. Then I get to see them at the end of their day and walk them home from school. I’m grateful because not many social workers get to have this experience.”
– Breann, Social Worker

“The best part about working at Little City is the support that I receive daily from my coworkers. We are all a team that believe deeply in Little City’s mission and are working together to achieve the same goal.”
– Theresa, Life Skills Instructor
