She has received her Undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University in Psychology, and she earned a Dual Degree of a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Taylor began her career in psychology in 2015 as the lead case manager in a specialized rehabilitation residential nursing home for adults with mental health disabilities. She continued to increase her knowledge in the field by working with adults and adolescents struggling to manage their OCD, anxiety, and/or PTSD in a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program setting in a hospital. She was a behavioral therapist for children, diagnosed with autism and/or other developmental disabilities, in their homes as well as at the center. Currently, Taylor is a Community Based BCBA at Little City, enthusiastic about using evidence-based approaches and team collaboration to increase individuals’ independence to allow them to feel empowered and have more control over their own lives.
