Gus Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and administration, including with major companies of more than 2,000 employees.
He leads key HR operational functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, leave of absence management, work-related injury claims administration, HR systems, state regulatory compliance (DHS, DCFS, Pace, etc.), and the development of effective HR processes and service delivery across the organization.
Gus most recently served as Human Resources Director at Woodward Inc., where he led a six-person HR team both nationally and internationally, and oversaw a workforce of 2,400 employees – both union and non-union – in the Electro-Mechanical, Systems, and Electronics (EMSE) division of Aerospace. Before that, he held positions as Vice President of HR in Consulting, and HR Manager in Pharma, Manufacturing, and Aviation. Gus also served honorably for eight years in the United States Marine Corps.

Gus holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Administration from Lewis University.
