Greg Halloran

Vice President of Community Enrichment & Employment Services

Greg Halloran has served as the Vice President of Community Enrichment & Employment Services at Little City since 2024.

Greg has been a longtime leader for the adult residential team at Little City, including previously serving as Associate Vice President of Adult Residential Services. In his current role, Greg oversees strategic growth plans for Community Day Services at Little City’s Countryside and Grayslake Center, as well as innovation services including Special Recreation, Center for the Arts, and the Horticulture Center. He also oversees the Employment Service programs including Employee Development Services at Grayslake and the Center for Employment and Business Opportunities and the community-based Employment First program.

Under Greg’s leadership, both day programs and employment programs have expanded to serve more people with developmental disabilities in the community and an increase in partnerships with community employers has opened more doors for those we serve.

Greg said his passion for the job is driven by creating meaningful relationships with the participants to help them reach their full potential.

“I am thankful to work with the great teams we have at Little City, from day programs to employment, to recreation,” said Greg. It is exciting to provide and expand enriching and rewarding services to our residents and the communities we serve.”
