Tracy Dudek

Chief Human Resources Officer

Tracy Dudek is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Little City. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the I/DD field to her role, with a deep background in human resources, clinical leadership, and program development.

As head of Little City’s Human Resources and Training Departments, Tracy is responsible for managing employee relations for a workforce of roughly 500 people, payroll, recruitment, benefits and much more across the entire agency.

Tracy most recently served as Human Resources Director at Trinity Services, where she led an eight-person HR operations team, spearheaded DEI initiatives, and implemented strategies that improved hiring, retention, and workplace culture. Before that, she served as Clinical Director at Trinity, designing behavior analytic programs and leading teams in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illnesses. She also worked as a Principal Consultant for the Illinois State Board of Education, where she developed, implemented, and evaluated programs for students with disabilities.

“I have a huge passion for Little City’s mission and am deeply committed to both the individuals we serve and the employees who support them,” Tracy said. “I am excited to work with this amazing team and help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture that empowers the people who do incredible work at Little City every day.”

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, and a Master of Arts in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno.
