Employment Services
Little City’s Employment Services programs have helped match more than 240 individuals with community-based employment opportunities, working with more than 100 local business partners. Our goal is to guide our participants and residents to live as full and independent lives as possible, which can include gainful employment in the community.
Guiding Principals
- Employment in the general workforce, earning at or above the state or federal minimum wage, is the priority, with the ultimate goal of publicly funded services for all citizens of working age, including those with disabilities.
