Residential Services
Work in Little City’s residential settings with children or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will become an integral part of making lives better by ensuring our residents live safely, learn continuously, explore creatively, and work productively throughout their lifetime. Roles include Direct Support Professional, Home Manager, Case Manager, Behavior Analyst, and more.

Therapeutic Day School
Little City Center for Education is a therapeutic day school for children ages 7-22 with moderate to significant autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. When you work at our school, you provide a safe and supportive environment where students learn academics, life skills, and social skills they need to lead a more independent and fulfilling life. Roles include Special Education Teacher, Paraprofessional, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and more.

Community Day Services
Little City helps create a healthy and stimulating balance of work, educational experiences, and recreational opportunities for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Adult day programming at Little City is open to both residents and the community at large at three different facilities in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. You can help provide a wide range of offerings to enable participants to become more independent, productive, and integrated into the community.

Foster Care & Adoption
You can become part of a dedicated team of professionals who help match youth in foster care with loving, forever homes. We work with children ages 0-21, referred to us by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, to help find abused and neglected youth a stable and loving environment in which to grow and thrive. You can be part of this amazing work! Roles include Child Welfare Specialist, Family Recruiting/Matching Coordinator, Foster Care & Adoption Supervisor, and more. Located in Chicago, Joliet, and Matteson.

Clinical Services
Through clinical services, you can help us empower individuals and families to attain and maintain the essential social, emotional and adaptive skills to navigate their current environments. We prepare individuals for increased independence in education, employment, and community living settings through therapy and counseling, behavior therapy, and community support & skills training. Become a part of the mental health solution so desperately needed in our communities.

Employment Services
Help empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain the skills, confidence, and abilities they need to attain employment in the community. Little City believes that every person has employable skills and with proper job coaching and matching, people are better equipped to reach new levels of independence and community integration. Roles include Community Job Developer, Job Coach, and Resource Coordinator.

Recreation Services
All people need creative and recreational outlets and the individuals we serve at Little City enjoy them to the fullest! Be part of the team at our award-winning Center for the Arts, Horticulture Center, or Special Recreation, including Special Olympics! Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow and thrive through creative expression, physical and mental wellbeing, and the joy of plants!
