Vice President of Residential & School Services

Lonnie Randall

Lonnie Randall is Little City’s Senior Vice President of Residential & School Services.

Lonnie first joined Little City in 2022 as Deputy Chief Program Officer of Children’s Residential and Educational Services where he helped usher in major initiatives like the THRIVE program at the ChildBridge Center for Education to help children with profound autism and developmental disabilities have a full spectrum of consistent support and learning from the classroom to the home.

He was then promoted to his current position in 2023 where he has since helped Little City continue to grow both at the school and residentially, including overseeing the completion of the fifth and sixth homes in the Duffey Family Children’s Village.

In his role, he oversees overall programmatic processes, state systems that have an influence on the residential and school programs and building and supporting the team that directly works with the youth at Little City.

Prior to coming to Little City, Lonnie had years of experience in the field including serving as executive director of children’s residential and school programs and a Head Start program. He also has worked as a therapist for people with substance abuse disorders and worked as a direct care staff and teacher for people with Fragile X syndrome.

He holds Master’s degrees in Counseling and in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

His passion for Little City’s mission is personal as he has a cousin on the spectrum and is his legal guardian. Working alongside people who have the same passion and investment in Little City’s mission has made his own desire to help those with intellectual and developmental disabilities even stronger.
