“ I want to say how happy I am with your organization and your job developers. I have gotten more results from Little City than I have ever gotten from a provider during my tenure in VR (In Wisconsin and also here). I cannot tell you how happy I am with all of your job developers and how influential they are in assisting our customers live meaningful lives in the community.  I have witnessed this firsthand working with Zachary Rasp, one of your new hires. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with his work in the community.  As you know we referred Fran over to you after she did not have luck with two other providers. Zach has done things with Fran in his first two months that these providers could not do in a year. Based on this example and countless others, I will continue to use Little City as one of my main referral resources! You guys truly understand Employment First!”

EMPLOYERS FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT

All employees placed by Employment First are held to the same expectations, rules and processes as non-disabled individuals. Statistics show employees with disabilities are ideal employees. Employees with disabilities have been found to provide: equal or higher quality and productivity, equal or lower turnover and unscheduled absences, equal or higher co-worker job satisfaction, and equal or lower safety incidents.

Every job seeker undergoes a personalized and detailed assessment of strengths and desires which results in job matched that increase likelihood of long-term success. We provide disability etiquette training, pre-start employee profile briefing with supervisor and access to employment First safety support and site surveys. Your company can also reap potential tax benefits for hiring employees with disabilities.
