Little City’s Behavioral Health Clinic broadens our services to better support youth and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), autism, and mental or behavioral health needs. Our clinic- and community-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based interventions are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. We are proud to offer these expanded services to Medicaid recipients, with some options available for private pay clients as well. Let us help you and your family thrive with compassionate, expert care tailored to your needs.
Our clinic space in Chicago features one-on-one therapy spaces, a play therapy space, and a sensory room, along with a highly qualified and experienced team of clinicians and supervisors.
Helping Kids Thrive – Little City’s Monthly Community Training Series, hosted by the Community-Based Clinical Services team. Each month, we offer a free, virtual standalone training focused on children’s mental health, behavior, and emotional well-being. These sessions are designed to be practical, relatable, and supportive for anyone who cares for or works with children and teens. These sessions are designed for caregivers, afterschool staff, daycare providers, youth mentors, and other community members who work with children and teens. No clinical background needed!
Trainings are always the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5pm. Training content is intended to last approximately 60-90 minutes, with 30 minutes reserved for questions, discussion and feedback.
Registrations open 45 days in advance for each monthly training and can be accessed at the link below.
Currently we are able to offer certificates of completion for training and foster parents can get training credits; however, we are not able to offer CEUs.
